Orders will normally be shipped within 3 business days of payment, otherwise we may specify elsewhere on the site or you may receive an email notification that an item in your order has been delayed. The expected delivery dates we give are estimates only. For some reasons, orders may be delayed and may be shipped separately. All purchases made through this site are made under a contract of shipment. This means that risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon delivery of the item to the carrier.
Shipping Addresses
Once your order is ready to be shipped or has been shipped, we will not be able to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you or your agent, we will contact you immediately to make corrections and will charge an additional shipping fee to reship the package. You must provide a daytime phone number for all orders. Sometimes packages are returned as undeliverable . When a carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, please contact us to arrange for reshipment.
